We have extensive experience in this field having successfully completed projects on the BRT network around Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg for the Johannesburg Development Agency. Projects included in this network (ReaVaya) were the Charlton Terrace/Bertrams Rd , Joubert Park, Saratoga Rd, Smit/Wolmarans Streets. All of these projects were carried out over a two year period leading up to the 2010 Fifa World Cup. Thereafter we constructed the BRT in Empire Road.
We are currently (completion September 2014) constructing Line 2A (including Nana Sita) of the Tshwane BRT Network a project valued at R 150 000 000. We are also in the process of constructing a R 110 000 000 BRT project for the Johannesburg Development Agency from Norwood along Louis Botha Ave to Marlboro Road.
Construction on these BRT projects is highly restricted due to the presence of unknown underground services and high traffic volumes. Machine productions are limited due to these restrictions. We have built up extensive experience on how to handle and work in these limiting conditions.
